Mountains Treasure Box- 3" x 3" x 1.25 " Inspired by the mountains ranges of Southeast Alaska, the Cascades, Olympics and the Rockies. I love snow capped mountains. I can see both the Olympic mountains and the Cascade ranges from Port Townsend, WA where I live. Each Treasure Box starts as a hand drawn sketch. I then use a black wax over the lines of the drawing and glaze the various design elements. Each box will be slightly different as a result.

These boxes are great for holding jewelry and other treasures or as special boxes for giving special small presents. Poems are perfect "treasure". Different color options are shown on the right above. I will continue to experiment with new combinations. Let me know which one you like best.
